Risk Tiers
Severe weather risks are categorized into three tiers:
- Some Risk: There is at least some chance of extreme weather in the area.
- Enhanced Risk: There is an increased chance of severe weather, including tornadoes, large hail, and damaging winds.
- High Risk: A rare and significant event is possible, with a high likelihood of severe weather causing widespread damage.
